Tony’s approach to both physical therapy and training have given me new enthusiasm for my body and what it can do. I came to Tony with what felt like a disabling hip injury caused by over-training. Tony was very sensitive to my distress and worked patiently with me to identify my injury and rehabilitate myself.

He also helped motivate me to reassess my training goals. With Tony’s coaching, I have set personal records in all of my Olympic Lifts and have worked my way up to squat and deadlift weights that I haven’t moved in years

When I was told that I needed knee surgery and that rehab was not gonna do any favors, I saw my fitness life going down the drain. And after trial and error and no improvement I decided to look for the best people to help me, and that’s when I found Dr. Marc Surdyka and E3 Rehab. It took time, but with enough patience, and the right man to put me in the right direction was more than enough to put me back on the squat rack with no pain and no surgery. The best thing was that it was all online, something that I thought impossible in the past.

When I started with Tony I had been struggling with chronic leg pain and injuries for 5 years, and as a lifelong runner, I was deep in a funk.

I had been in and out of physical therapy, but my pain always returned. Tony got me back on my feet permanently both through extensive strength and agility training, and by helping me recognize my body’s limits — when to stop, and more importantly when to push harder.

Thanks to Tony, my leg hasn’t gotten in the way of my passion in over a year. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I can’t praise Chris highly enough. I’d struggled for months with hamstring tendinopathy. Initially it made running impossible, which was tough, as I’d been an avid runner for four decades. As the condition worsened, it made even sitting in my office chair, or driving my car, a painful experience. I had multiple sessions over several months with a very good local physical therapist, with little progress. I’ll admit I was skeptical that a video consultation would produce better results. I was wrong. Chris listened carefully; asked thoughtful questions; provided a detailed description of my condition and the likely timeline for recovery; and prescribed a progressive loading regimen—accompanied by helpful videos—that produced immediate and lasting improvement. I resumed running two months ago. So far, so good. If I experience another running-related injury (which at my age is inevitable), I’d enlist Chris’s services again in a heartbeat.
